The Olympus DS3400 frees you from the necessity of taking written notes, leaving you to concentrate completely on what is being said. Recordings can be saved in up to 7 different folders for easy file management. PC and Macintosh compatibility give this compact and robust, metal-bodied digital voice recorder an additional edge.
Together with the user-friendly DSS Player Pro software, the Olympus DS3400 enables professional users to streamline workflow further to enhance business effectiveness. A handy customisable button for instant access to a user-defined feature and simple operation make the Olympus DS3400 model a pleasure to use.
Features and Benefits of the Olympus DS3400
An Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder will be provided at no charge to the client with the following terms and conditions:
The Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder remains the property of Medi-Type Solutions and must be returned to Medi-Type Solutions on written request within five working days at the expense of the client.
The client is responsible for loss or damage of the Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder and will be charged $600.00 inclusive of GST for its replacement if lost.
The client is responsible for any repairs of the Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder outside of warranty which will be payable within 14 days of invoice to the client.
Medi-type is to receive a minimum on average of four hours of audio minute of transcription per month in order to receive a DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder at a transcription rate of $30 per hour plus GST.
If the audio minute limit falls below four hours per month, the client has the option to pay $50 plus GST rent per month for use of the Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder with no minimum requirement to providing transcription to Medi-Type Solutions.
Medi-Type will provide telephone installation support at no additional charge; however, for complex issues in relation to software installation and support, a 12 month telephone support service is available to the client at $120 plus GST.
Optional extras for the Olympus DS3400 Digital Recorder are not included in the package.
The agreement may be terminated by either party on the giving of seven days written notice (by letter, fax or email) and returning of the Olympus DS3400 Digital Voice Recorder.
